When turning onto Jeffries Rd from Big Bear Blvd heading south, N+P will be on your right side about 0.2 miles up the road (across from the football field). Keep an eye out for our uber cute N+P sign.

Each cabin has reserved, dedicated parking spaces for our guests.

If you’re renting one of our 2-Bedroom cabins, then you have 2 dedicated parking spaces directly next to your cabin.

If you’re renting our 4-Bedroom cabin then you can park up to 5 cars in front of the garage.

When you turn into the property, please use the property map in the “Home Guide” to locate your humble abode and dedicated parking spots. Remember, cars parked outside of their dedicated spot will be towed and that is not fun for anyone.

These boots were made for walking. But if you choose to not scuff up your boots, we also offer our guests bikes to cruise on around town. Bikes are available on a first come first serve basis and are available subject to weather. Bikes are only to be used on paved roads. If you are looking to get wild on a bike, we can recommend places that can set you up with the proper equipment. Our bikes look best parked in front of the ice cream shop and not on a boulder.

If bikes aren't your thing, you're in luck, the mountain transit shuttle stop is on the corner of our street. This bad boy can take you to the slopes, The Village and other sight seeing spots around town. For more info on the shuttle, visit www.mountaintransit.org and if you are super savvy, download the shuttle tracker app. No car, no problem.

If centrally located is your thing, we got you covered. We like to think we have the best backyard around. With less than 1/2 mile to The Village and The Lake, nature trails at the end of the road and 1 1/2 miles to ski resorts, we want you to rest at ease knowing you wont be spending your time in the mountains in a car. Don't be silly, you are on vacation. It's time to chill.

Pets are cute, but not in our homes.

Absolutely not. All cabins are completely non-smoking. If you light up or vape inside our cabins then you will be charged a $250 smoking fee plus any additional fees for repairs or extra deep cleaning (if applicable). Smoking is only allowed outdoors, with all doors and windows to the cabins closed, and a minimum of 25 feet away from any structure. Out of respect for the mountains and our property, you must remove all cigarette butts from the property to avoid additional fees.

The maximum occupancy for our 2-Bedroom cabins is 4 persons.

The maximum occupancy for our 4-Bedroom cabin is 14 persons.

All our small cabins are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, full-size fridge, freezer, microwave, french press, kettle, toaster, plates, bowls, glassware, silverware, complimentary coffee and sparkling water and a flat-screen smart TV, and Wifi.

Our large cabin is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryers, full-size fridge, freezer, range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, glassware, silverware, complimentary coffee and sparkling water and a flat-screen smart TV, and Wifi. We also have a dedicated BBQ on the back deck for all your grilling needs as well as your own private cedar soaking hot tub.

Our common area is shared with all guests and is on a first come first serve basis. 2 BBQs, 4 picnic tables, hammock and horseshoes. We also have 8 bikes available to all guests to ride around town. Bikes are available pending weather.
